His expertise centres on engineering bespoke financial frameworks, isolating operational risk and executing capital transactions with structural precision. By coordinating a network of independent licensed professionals, Daniel ensures fiduciary objectivity and intergenerational capital resilience for private clients, corporate syndicates and institutional counterparties.

Our leadership standards.
These are the commitments that shape how we work, whoever the client and whatever the mandate.
Architectural primacy
Capital follows structure. Transactions fail on architectural defects far more often than on yield, so we engineer the foundation first and make every entity defensible before any market approach.
Unified execution
Corporate strategy, wealth coordination and statutory maintenance are governed as one architecture, without passing mandates piecemeal between disconnected firms.
Absolute objectivity
Our counsel serves one principal: the client who appoints us. We never act for both sides of a transaction and give independent advice.
Uncompromising confidentiality
Every engagement is protected by non-disclosure frameworks, with data rooms and strategic intelligence strictly controlled and monitored.
The professionals we partner with.
Some mandates call for work that only an independent, licensed professional may do. We bring them in, and keep the whole under one plan.
BlackLeaf is an advisory and coordination practice. Where a mandate requires reserved legal, tax, audit or licensed financial services work, we appoint and coordinate independent professionals, and integrate their work into the master architecture.
Each partner remains independent and answers to the client. We set the brief, coordinate the timetable and hold the structure together, so the client deals with one team and not several.
Attorneys and notaries
Reserved legal work: agreements, transfers, security and shareholder accords.
Auditors and accountants
Independent assurance, financial statements and tax compliance.
Tax advisers
Structuring and tax opinions for transactions, trusts and families.
Licensed financial services providers
Regulated investment, insurance and banking solutions, placed on the client’s behalf.
Valuers and corporate finance specialists
Independent valuations and fairness opinions where a transaction requires them.
Financiers and funders
Banks, funds and alternative lenders matched to the structure and the need.
One brief, one plan, independent advice.
Define the need
We identify the reserved or specialist work a mandate requires, and set the brief.
Appoint independently
The right professional is appointed, answerable to the client, free of conflict.
Coordinate as one
We integrate every contribution into the single master structure and keep it in order.
BlackLeaf coordinates strategy alongside licensed providers and is not itself a licensed financial services provider. Reserved legal and audit work is performed by independent firms.
