Covers a defined list of standard special resolutions: approval of directors' remuneration (Companies Act s 66(9)). Resolutions that need legal judgement are not covered. If your matter needs an attorney, we will tell you before we start

Financial assistance, disposals, share issues, transfers and repurchases, winding up, changes to shareholder rights, bespoke MOI clauses and any matter in dispute
